Whispering Waters Estate on South Pond
The property provides 60 Acres of open fields, mnt views, Pebble Brook, 50 acre South Pond with 2 acres of perrenial gardens & lush landscaping surrounding this historical 1791. It is a private location with a 1/8-mile-long driveway & not a neighbor in sight.

The home is located 1 hr from Portland, ME, 25 min from Auburn/Lewiston, ME & 2.5 hrs from Boston, MA
There are two ceremony locations including Pebble Brook Side Meadow and South Pond Overlook. These locations can seat over 300 guests. Our massive, three-story barn provides 4,800 sq ft of reception space. Along the property there are dozens of intimate photo spots including gorgeous perennial gardens, rock & granite walls & 70 tree apple orchard.
Our 4,800 sq ft 2 floor farmhouse with 9 bedrooms, 4 bath sleeps up to 36 guests with 24 beds. There is a secluded, spacious wedding suite & master bath.

BLUE SPRUCE GRAND LODGE
The property offers 17 Acres of open fields, forest, and stunning White Mnt Views. An acre of lush green grass (perfect for yard games) & a few gardens surround the home. It is a private location with a 1/3 mile-long driveway & not a neighbor in site.

Our Mountain View Ceremony Location with large rustic arbor provides remarkable 150 degree views of 40+ mountain peaks. Along the property there are many intimate photo spots including gorgeous perennial gardens.
Our home with 5 bedrooms sleeps up to 14 guests. There is a spacious master bedroom/wedding suite. For additional lodging, our Log Home at Pleasant Mnt is 20 minutes away and sleeps up to 19.
